I'm rank 10 in the Fishing Game high scores not so much that I'm good at it but because the game is fun. Bob, he's like one of my best buds we've been fishing together for years, whatever has become of him?

Makes sense he was replaced though. The fishing game is now in the islands and ontras are more from Riverside so. Plus it's a good excuse to have the islander npcs out again :D

I feel like so many of the Subeta NPCs were ontras, it was definitely time for some of them to be kil...to go to the farm.

Really though, I do miss the colder and hotter images, since it was faster to look at an image than read a text. That Bob was more personable; Temictzin just glares with that indignation that comes with schlepping around tourists while they make a mockery of your culture and put down your sacrificial customs.

I miss Bob. And I do think that the replacement is good looking, but it would be nice to give old characters a proper farewell. Just a little sentence in the news would have been enough. "Bob is now enjoying his retirement, more time for fishing, etc".

Talking about the fishing high score, are they ever going to be transferred to the new system (along with the other games)? With an explanation how the scoring actually works? I've been fishing pretty much every hour for months, and I don't know what my score is?

It's forty points for almost getting it "very close" (my guess, within half a square), thirty for being "if you had gotten closer" (my guess, within one square), twenty for you weren't even close (two to four), and ten for how did you get that far from the treasure. I've only found the treasure once in eight years, I think it's a hundred points? and a million sP.
